Steps to do:
Goods for which a license is issued: Currently, according to the current instructions, food, cosmetics, detergents and 6 groups of goods announced by the Ministry of Commerce are included in the license.
Licensing steps
1- Forming the file of the distribution company or supplier of the distribution unit in the market for the development of goods and services
2- Expert examination of the file of the broadcasting company or supplier of the distribution unit and possible elimination of defects
3- Inquiring from the Association of Broadcasting Companies, to check and confirm the qualification of the company in the distribution as well as confirming the membership of the company in that association.
4- Introducing the company to obtain the certificate of the goods distribution system from the economic mobilization headquarters unit
5- Checking the results of inquiries
6- Deciding whether or not to issue a license
* Regarding broadcasting units, there is no requirement for approval and membership in the association.
* Issuance of licenses for companies and regional and national distribution units is done by the Office for Development of Goods and Services.
* Companies and provincial broadcasting units go through the above-mentioned steps in the relevant provincial trade organization.
Documents required to file a licensing file
1- A written request to apply for a broadcasting license and introduce the representative to follow up on the relevant matters.
2- Original and photo of the national identification card of the CEO of the distribution company or supplier, including a copy of the end of service card or exemption.
3- The original and the image of the valid articles of association attached to the official newspaper with the insertion of the latest changes (in the case of the supplier of the image of the business license, exploitation license, business card).
4- Original and photocopies of documents related to the head office (ownership documents or valid lease).
5- Original and image of documents related to the specific facilities and equipment of the company or supplier regarding the storage of goods, including warehouse and cold storage, in accordance with the type of activity of the company in the province or provinces covered, including the relevant list. 6- Original and image of ownership documents or official and valid contract related to the transport fleet (vehicles including vans, vans and trucks of simple type or refrigerated in accordance with the distributed goods), including the relevant list.
7- Original and photocopies of documents and documents related to the company's branches along with their list (if there is a branch).
8- The original and image of the contract between the distribution company or the main supplier with all the relevant agencies along with their list (if they have a representative).
9- Presenting the latest list of distributed goods sealed with the seal of the company.
10- Providing the membership code of the company or supplier in Iran Code system.
11- Providing the ID or national code of the company or supplier.
** Images of all submitted documents must be stamped with the seal of the supplier or supplier.
** The duration of all contracts related to company documents (including leases, and agency contracts) must be at least one year and have a validity of 9 months. Is left.
